SPRING REGISTRATION OPEN NOW!
At Elevated Distance Training (EDT), we help high school runners achieve real results by developing performance, confidence, and consistency — season after season.
Our track record speaks for itself: quality coaching, proven training plans, intentional development, and a supportive community that pushes every athlete to their best.
We don’t believe in one-size-fits-all training. Every runner receives a custom plan built from where they are now — and focused on where they want to go. Our coaches analyze training data, performance trends, and athlete responses to keep progress steady and meaningful.
From practice to race day, we emphasize mental strength and deliberate progression — not just mileage. EDT athletes gain confidence knowing they’re training smart and consistently.
Our staff includes experienced educators, elite runners, and specialists who understand adolescent athletes — physically and mentally. We coach with purpose, care, and accountability so athletes feel supported and seen.
We respect school teams and coaches — often working alongside them to ensure each athlete thrives in both environments. Your goals come first.
Our training is evidence-based, intentional, and rooted in real performance metrics — meaning workouts aren’t random; they’re designed to create results.

Winter training at EDT is designed to build the foundation for a successful spring season. Athletes focus on developing both speed and endurance through structured, intentional workouts while maintaining enthusiasm and freshness. Optional race opportunities are available, but training is carefully managed to ensure athletes enter their high school season mentally confident, physically prepared, and ready to compete at a high level. We prioritize long-term development over short-term gains.
Spring training emphasizes aerobic development, race tactics, and consistency while respecting the demands of long competitive seasons. Athletes progress with purpose, balancing quality and volume to maximize improvement without burnout. Race opportunities are available and fully individualized based on each athlete’s goals, ensuring they continue building fitness, confidence, and momentum heading into the fall cross country season.
