We are happy to set up sessions for individuals/siblings looking for more concentrated and focused training outside what we provide as a team. Sessions can include but are not limited to: proper form/drills, pacing, diet, nutrition, race preparation, or simply individual feedback during a workout.
We can provide long and short term training plans for scenarios such as:
- planning while on vacation
-off season
- supplementation around school (elementary/middle/high) programming
Cost ranges from $50-$100/hr depending on type of training/preparation required.
