– Athlete must run 800m (½ mile) continuously without walking
– Under 4:30 (even if challenging) indicates readiness for structured training
– Please complete this readiness run before requesting a trial
• Wait for Confirmation
– Do not attend a session until you hear back from us
– This ensures the trial session is appropriate for your athlete
• Complete a Waiver
– A signed liability waiver is required before participation
– Bring a printed copy or email the completed PDF in advance
– Digital option: Complete the seasonal registration form for the current season(includes waiver)
– If you choose not to join, your registration will be deleted
