Elevated Distance Training offers a unique experience that allows newer runners the opportunity to fall in love with running at their own pace, while providing the more competitive runners with a focused and individualized program. EDT is for those runners who want more speed, more endurance, MORE RESULTS. 

  Our youth running club serves  Aurora, CO and surrounding areas such as Parker, Denver, Centennial, and Castle Rock. We use running to promote values around team building, healthy lifestyles, and positive self-esteem. Elevated is more than a team, it is a family.
